One of the standout features of Insta360 Flow is its 1-step rapid deploy function. This means that you can quickly and easily set up the stabilizer and start shooting without having to spend time untwisting or pressing power buttons. This makes it perfect for capturing those spontaneous moments that you don't want to miss.

The Deep Track 3.0 feature of Insta360 Flow is also impressive. This AI-powered tracking feature keeps subjects in frame and in focus with unmatched accuracy and flexibility. With features like person re-identification, zoom tracking, slow motion tracking, and more, you can be sure that you'll capture every moment just as you want it.

Insta360 Flow also has a built-in selfie stick, tripod, and power bank, which means you can get the perfect angle, set up stationary shots, or charge your phone without having to carry around extra gear. This is great for those who want to travel light but still capture amazing footage.
With its shooting modes, gesture control, creative effects, and Shot Genie feature, Insta360 Flow gives you full control over your shots and helps you to create professional-looking videos with ease. And with its magnetic design and high-strength rotor, you can be sure that your phone is securely mounted and your footage is stable.

Whether you're a professional videographer or just someone who wants to capture amazing footage of their travels, Insta360 Flow is definitely worth considering.

To put the Insta360 Flow Gimbal to the test, I created 8 creative Shots:

1. Jump Transition

The first Insta360 Flow idea, is the Jump transition! The Insta360 Flow is super compact, you can always take it with you in your pocket. One simple motion unfolds the gimbal. The magnetic clamp connects your smartphone and the gimbal und you are ready to create.
For the Jump Transition, find a foreground where you pull the gimbal down while a person is jumping. For the second shot, find a foreground that first hides the new environment and then reveals it by dragging it down. Exactly when the person is at the highest point of the jump, start pulling down, until the person touches the ground again.
Combine the two sequences by cutting exactly where the foreground covers the person and environment. And your Insta360 Flow Jump Transition is ready.

For this trick I would recommend you to use the Lock mode. To do this, just simply hold down the Tricker button!

2. Ground Transition

The ground transition is achieved by a simple downward tilt in the first shot and an upward tilt in the second shot. The Auto Mode is best suited for this purpose. To get a better grip you can pull out the hand shaft below!

Record the first scene and slowly move forward. Then tilt the Insta360 Flow down so that only the ground is visible. In the second shot, do the exact opposite. By blending the two shots you get an impressive ground transition!

3. Change transition

For the environment change transition we use the AI tracking function of the gimbal. The Insta360 Flow's tracking stands out from other gimbals on the market and is truly unique.

To achieve this effect simply track a person walking or running and do it in different environments. By cutting or blending the individual clips together you get an impressive Environment- Change Transition.

4. Tilt up- Sky Transition

The tilt up sky transition is very similar to the ground transition. Here you tilt up into the sky in the first clip and from top to bottom in the second clip. To get a seamless transition I recommend you to mask the two skies and add a smooth rotation.

Try out different transition options for yourself. For example, in FPV mode you can already perform the rotation with the gimbal.

5. Hyperlapse

Of course, it is also possible to create hyperlapses with the Insta360 Flow. Either you create steady hyperlapses by using the lock mode and moving in a straight line or you use the tracking function and create hyperlapses where you center objects in the image center.
Very easy to create but impressive for the viewer.

6. Just Stabilize

This is more of a function than a trick. The Insta360 Flow gimbal adds extreme value to your smartphone videos. The stabilization results are impressive. Here is a comparison video. On the left, a cell phone video shot by hand and on the right, stabilized with the Insta360 Flow. No matter which shots you have planned in the future, in combination with the Insta360 Flow they will be super smooth.

7. Push Transition

The push through transition is very basic! Just walk approach an object until you are very close to it. Do the same for another object and move away from it. And the push through transition is done.

8. Pass by- Transition

Film a scene and then guide the Insta360 Flow just past an object in the foreground. Use this object to change the location by masking. A common transition, but always interesting.
